Responsabilities

1/ Communications

You will be responsible of our global communication plan, defining and monitoring objectives, key performance indicators, timetables and manage its execution with internal or external resources.
  • Build and coordinate an efficient marketing team globally. Manage and lead the team, its priorities and performance
  • Drive Media opportunities and coordinate our PR strategy and execution in coordination with each country manager
  • Managing the organization’s official website and social media presence (internally or via external partners) . A local cultural approach is necessary in coordination with local country manager.
  • Drafting topics and reviewing written deliverables such as press releases, newsletters and brochures with our PR agencies or content writers.
  • Oversee both external and internal messaging and communication tools. Provide guidance and management on communications materials and processes for partners and creators.
  • Define with local country manager our participation in trade events, negotiate sponsorships and speaking opportunities, provide material (or coordinate material production with partners).
  • Event organization: define concept, speakers, logistics, production, communication
  • Coordinate internal webinars, training
  • Project management for go to market : coordinate with product, Traffic & sales team the go to market strategy, market assessment and the marketing material needs.
2/ Product Marketing

You will be the owner of the product marketing team and will make sure our amazing products succeed on the market.
  • Drive market segmentation and assessment working with alongside with our BI department & sales team in each country, develop expertise on market and customer needs, competitive landscape
  • Define the positioning of our products and the messaging
  • Build the go to market strategy and coordinating the launch with the local Country Manager but also with Sales, Finance, Operations, Product teams.
  • Create Sales enablement speeches and tools
  • Create sales training customer sucess evaluation tools
  • Manage the product communications process from internal planning to client onboarding, including the development of product messaging, collateral, and account and sales training support.
  • Coordinate the communication plan (internally and externally), communicate DynAdmic value proposition Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in product marketing and communications- demonstrated success in launching new products and coordinating go to market communication/ launch strategies.
  • Capacity to understand media landscape
  • Experience in AdTech, SAAS companies, Ad Network, Programmatic companies (SSP, DSP, Tech plateform, etc)
  • Deep understanding of product marketing including messages, positioning, and design
  • Strong leadership, management, and communications skills - demonstrated ability to work closely with partners, product, engineering, sales, PR, design, and partnerships teams
  • Native English speaker, or perfectly fluent in English. French is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to help translate highly technical product offerings and concepts effectively for a wide variety of audiences

  • Highly organized and able to lead and manage processes to meet deadlines
  • Ability to drive communication processes and work effectively across global cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills
