Aufgaben
  • Responsibility for the international sales activities, budgeting and development of new business for high-voltage insulation systems and materials.
  • Definition and implementation of global strategies with the customer as well as negotiations on global contracts
  • Working closely with production sites and product management to successfully translate customer needs and market developments into new projects
  • Customer visits and associated development and expansion of strategic relationships with global customers
  • Coaching of sales reps of the country organizations and distributors to enhance growth in solution and system selling
Profil
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a global sales function
  • Five plus years’ experience in global and strategic sales, preferably in the electrical insulation industry
  • Strong negotiation, communication and networking skills in German and English
  • Deep knowledge of the electrical insulation market, or first experience with long sales cycles
  • Proven ability to initiate, establish and nurture global business relationships in a complex business environment
  • Convincing and consultative sales and business development drive
  • Must be able to work very independently and be self-starting
  • Competency in CRM, SAP, Microsoft Excel and solid administrative reporting skills
  • Experience in an international company is a plus
