  • Manage in site Logistics (raw material reception, storage, material handling…)
  • Order parts & components for daily production of cells & modules
  • Schedule production on the short term
  • Manage finished goods shipment to outbound warehouse / customer assembly line
  • Be window person of Corporate Supply Chain for S&OP / Master Production Scheduling.

  • Manage in site Logistics (raw material reception, storage, material handling…)
  • Manager of material handling team
  • Storage in FIFO – with compliance to expiration date
  • Inventory management (KPI : stock level, obsolete…)
  • Manage incoming inspection with quality team
  • Order parts & components for daily production of cells & modules
  • Use MRP to order parts on a daily basis
  • Relation with mutualized warehouse
  • Relation with Corp Parts procurement team
  • KPI : zero shortage for production line
  • Schedule production on the short term
  • Taking in account all industrial constraints and optimization rules (batch size…)
  • Taking in account all supply limited capacity
  • Propose to Production General Manager the best scheduling of production every day
  • Monitoring of production flow 24/7 and propose alternative if hazard
  • Manage finished goods shipment to outbound warehouse / customer assembly line
  • Organize shipment of modules to final customer or Corp Warehouse
  • KPI : OTD performance / minimum stock on outbound storage zone
  • Manage empty packaging return to suppliers / Corp Warehouse
  • Be window person of Corporate Supply Chain for S&OP / Master Production Scheduling
  • Give to Corp SCM production constraint and scheduling on a weekly basis for the coming 4 months ahead (S&OP / MPS)
  • Comply with Corp SCM rules ands process
  • Collaborate with Corp teams
ProfileMinimum 15 years of experience in Logistics / MRP / Material Handling / Flow managementSupply chain in industry with shopfloor experienceMaster degree in Supply ChainEnglish and german fluent, french or italian is an assetRigorous, Organized, Autonomous, Reactive, Gemba orientedQAD knowledgeA background in battery industry would be a strong plus for your application.Share this job posting
