We are nugrow. Not a management consultancy. A consulting start-up. Fundamental to our mission is the motto “from founders for founders”. Because that is essentially what we are. Launched three years ago in 2019, we have the goal to equip start-ups and grown-ups with powerful tools and strategies, as well as our references & experiences as founders ourselves. Together with other already successful founders, we have developed a model especially for growing start-ups - individual, entrepreneurial-driven and without consulting bullshit.

In the past years, it has proven itself to be most effective, because today we support the most innovative and successful start-ups on the scene such as Staffbase, Advocado, elopage, VMRAY and DataGuard and have partnered with more than 160 start-ups with over €90M venture capital collected in total. But that is not where we intend to stop. We at nugrow want to become the no.1 contact point for startup consulting in Europe and help more and more founders to build their start-ups into successful businesses.

Aufgaben

As a Fundraising Intern at Nugrow, you work directly with our team to build, plan and execute the fundraising strategy for our customers. With our customer portfolio, this will be an exciting and demanding journey.
  • Fundraising strategy: Assist in creating creative and executing short-term and long-term strategies for fundraising
  • Pitch decks: Create appealing investor pitch decks, which will be used at in-person pitch events as well as sent out to potential investors
  • Financial planning: Support in refining the financial forecasts for our customers
  • Grant applications: Part of our fundraising strategy is also to apply for grants. While we will work with experts in the field to polish these applications, there will be extensive work packages for you to work on
Qualifikation
  • You are currently pursuing a degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) from a well-renowned university in business management, economics, or a similar field
  • You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset with a curiosity for start-up company
  • You have at least one internship experience in fast-paced, demanding environments (e.g. startups, management consulting, investment banking)
  • You like responsibility and being in charge of your projects. You are a natural self-starter.
  • You have strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and excellent written and verbal English communication skills. German is a plus.
