As a founder associate at deepc, you will design the strategy for managing customers and sales channels. You will use your creativity and eye for strategy – along with your business mindset – to create scalable solutions that enhance and promote our company vision. Take the advantage of this unique opportunity to actively shape deepc’s growth story from the very beginning!

You will work directly with our COO/Co-Managing Director, but also with Business Development, Marketing, and Product Management.

deepc is a multi-awarded startup from Munich (Germany) with the vision to bring healthcare into a data-driven and AI-augmented 21st century. Therefore, we are building a next-generation Diagnostics OS to facilitate the fast deployment of medical AI technology into clinical workflows in medical disciplines such as radiology. Our AI-driven SaaS solution has received CE certification and was launched with great success in March 2021.

deepc assists medical departments in hospitals and practices in streamlining their reporting workflows, supporting to maintain high diagnostic quality even in hectic and stressful work environments, and enabling unforeseen efficiency gains.

Aufgaben

  • You take a proactive role in sales strategy
  • Create and implement funnel management processes
  • Contribute to the development of target segments
  • You can drive many customer projects simultaneously
  • Understand how to develop strategies to close deals
  • Design and implement customer support processes
  • Contribute to set up our CRM tool and data management
  • Explore and draft international expansion strategies
  • You accompany installation projects
  • Create and update sales materials
Qualifikation

  • Advanced technical, scientific, or business studies
  • Technical understanding and/or strong interest in AI
  • Experience in sales or customer relations of medical software
  • You understand how consultative sales work
  • Strong interpersonal skills, persuasive communicator
  • You understand customer processes
  • Experience in working with hospitals is a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication in German (customers), good English (team-internal)
  • You enjoy a dynamic, inspiring, and diverse environment
