Financial Reporting Analyst (m/f/d)


Frankfurt/Main Full-time/Part-time permanent

They are responsible for defining standards for our business units, monitoring their implementation and supporting and advising our teams.

Challenges that let you grow:

    Head Office Financial Reporting
      Production of monthly and quarterly closing and Financial reporting process of the Germany Branch
      Ensure adequate controls to secure the accuracy of reporting, identify and remediate control weakness
    Financial Reporting for local Management & related topics for regulators
      Participate and prepare ad-hoc financial reporting and analytical review of the financials for the Local Management
      Participate and prepare other Financial Reporting and analytical review of the financials for German regulator : ESF Reporting, ECB
    Collaborating Continuous process improvement and operation risk controls
    Contribution to transversal Finance projects
      Contribute to Finance projects related to Financial reporting (implementation of new systems and interfaces, OFS…)
      Participate to various Regulatory Reporting projects managed at central HO level and locally
    Contribution to Finance data quality and controls
      Take part in the various Data quality programs and actions.
      Lead or take part in data quality controls, issue identification/investigation and resolution to secure the financial information provided to internal and external stakeholders.

Skills that convince:

    Bachelor degree or above Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
    At least 5 years of experiences in accounting, financial reporting, ideally in a banking organization and for Head Office Financial Reporting
    Solid understanding of financial statements and ability to collect, analyze, control and consolidate financial data to establish bank financial statements and regulatory reporting
    Ability to gather, prioritize and integrate large amounts of information, to process and simplify it and to make them accessible to the audience/target
    Ability to work and collaborate in teams and across different teams, within hierarchical and functional relationships or outside these relationships. Ability to respect differing points of view and seeks to build common ground with the diverse people and mindsets with whom he/she interacts
    Fluent in English
