• Support of the managing director in day-to-day business as well as in projects and processes
• Provision of sales and project reports
• Acquisition and analysis of information for decision preparation
• Preparation of documents, internal/external communication and presentations
• Preparation of market and competition analyses
• Communication with business partners and customers, scheduling when necessary
• Secretarial tasks, travel planning, temporary willingness to travel
• Support brand PR and social media activities
• Development and implementation of PR measures
• Writing press releases

Requirements

• Completed university degree in business administration or comparable with a focus on marketing/sales or a comparable education
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English
• Advanced knowledge especially with MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and electronic media
• Reliability towards customers
• Open internal and external communication
• Category B driving license
• Based in Germany/Worms
