Your missionAs an Entrepreneur in Residence at Les Lunes, you will bring your entrepreneurial spirit, strategic insights, and creative thinking to our organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with our leadership team, driving innovation, exploring new growth avenues, and contributing to our commitment to responsible fashion and ethical practices.Your Mission
  • Identify market trends and consumer behaviors that align with our brand’s ethos.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and develop innovative product lines or business models.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to enhance our brand’s competitive edge and market presence.
  • Evaluate growth opportunities, conduct market research, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and creativity.
  • Initiate and drive pilot projects that test new concepts and drive revenue diversification.
  • Drive business improvement through data analysis
  • Work closely with the leadership team of Les Lunes
  • Strong leadership orientation, as this role offers the potential to evolve into a leadership position within 2-3 years
Your profile
  • Master’s degree. Alternatively, one to three years of experience in consulting.
  • Proficiency in gathering, evaluating, and interpreting complex data sets, as well as generating actionable insights on consumer behaviour, product and marketing performance, inventory management, and other parts of the business
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders.
  • Creative mindset with a knack for identifying untapped business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated resilience, adaptability, and willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce, fashion, and consumer trends is a plus.
  • Fluent in English
