  • Support of users in a Windows-based network, with CITRIX infrastructure and Active Directory as well as current MS Office packages
  • Receiving, analyzing, prioritizing and classifying incoming incidents from the hardware and software area
  • Initiation of initial solutions through remote support
  • Advising and instructing users on the respective system, new notebook and cell phone
  • Creation of documentation and maintenance of the database
