The posting refers to the project phase to ensure Day 1 readiness of DTFS GmbH on December 1st. Interest in joining the new organization and continuing the task in the future DTFS GmbH is a prerequisite.

The Topic Owner „BI“ (within Processes & Functions) is responsible for the steering of product relevant activities across markets as well as for the gathering of requirements for leasing- and finance products for customers.

These Challenges Await You
  • You independently develop and optimize processes and secure their integration in relevant systems in the area of BI
  • You make sure that an operable processual End-2-End solution is provided for customers-, respectively contract life cycles regarding BI
  • You ensure mutual information exchange between “template” teams and market teams
  • You are responsible for the project management of the work package BI and its successful implementation
  • You are responsible for the planning, further detailing, gathering of technical requirements and coordination of capacities including the steering of providers
  • You steer the activities across markets and deliver all available processual requirements for sales, leasing and financing
  • You are responsible to create a common understanding between market coordinators and topic managers in order to accomplish joint project targets: This means the ensuring of a standard solution across markets, the ensuring the operational quality of the final solution and the ensuring of the fulfilment of expected product quality and timeline



Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics/Finance or a related field; international studies are of advantage
  • Professional experience in different areas of financial services or related areas with relevance to truck and bus services
  • Professional experience in an international environment
  • Experience in the collaboration with external management consultants
  • Captive Finance background is of advantage
  • Experience in international projects

Experience And Specific Knowledge
  • Understanding of customer- and contract life cycles (end-to-end) in leasing respectively financing (for retail- and commercial customers)
  • Deep understanding for captive finance company processes that are important before, during and after the activation of contract
  • Basic knowledge of cross functional processes within financial services
  • Basic knowledge of the system landscape (no specific IT knowledge necessary)
  • Excellent PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Experience within DMO or experience in financing and/or leasing
  • Network within the present DMO AG

Soft Skills
  • High level of analytical understanding
  • Teamplayer with ability to ‘see the big picture’ and with implementation strengths
  • Ability to communicate with different stakeholders, markets and across hierarchies
  • Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams and across markets
