Purpose & Overall Relevance for the OrganizationThis is a key in-house strategy position for an organized, passionate and goal-oriented future leader who will work cross-functionally to lead key work packages on behalf of Strategy & Programs and GOPS. Through business assessments, resource and project planning as well as timely and targeted stakeholder communication and management, this key role enables business success in the areas of portfolio management, Tech demand management and GOPS strategy definition & execution.
Key Accountabilities
- Own and manages projects that drive change in Global Operations, including the Tech demand management process on behalf of GOPS
- Serve as Product Led Transformation Lead across GOPS domain, including leading portfolio management, driving team engagement and more
- Manage effective and timely communication on project progress and results to sponsors and senior management
- Lead interpretation of program, project results and translate into insights to steer the project successfully
- Identify business opportunities through development of new capabilities, and align and balance cross-divisions’ interest
- Supports Director, Head Office on COO agenda
- GOPS Strategy & Programs SLT
- CIO and Transformation Team
- Tech Senior Management Team (SMT)
- Finance
- Corporate Strategy and functional Strategy teams

- Business acumen and in-depth knowledge on development, sourcing and supply chain and/ or operation related processes
- Experience in multi-cultural and cross-divisional management
- Full fluency in English
- Proficient in MS Office suite

- Coach junior team members by providing feedback to support the development and performance of the team
- Build a talent pipeline, as needed
- Drive ambassadorship across network
- University degree, PMP and lean sigma certification preferred
- Min. 7-8 years progressive similar working experience in FMCG environment (e.g. multinational organizations, top tier consulting, apparel/fashion)
- Proven track record (4-5 years’ experience) of large scale project/program management experience
- Affinity in the areas of business, logistics, planning, supply chain, or operations a plus
