As our Digital CX Project Manager (Web Focused), you’ll be responsible for the web area and web project for continuous customer experience improvement, work on the design and optimization of digital customer experience, lead the digital transformation in 10 countries and roll out digital transformation projects.

We want you to:

• Design digital customer experiences across digital channels

• Work on the Design and optimization of digital customer experience

• Be responsible for the web area and web project for continuous customer experience improvement

• Derive an integrated customer experience from digital customer experience design to offline experience

• Be responsible for the Project management (project duration, budget, quality control, etc.)

• Lead digital transformation in 10 countries and roll out digital transformation projects to all NSCs

• Be responsible for the stakeholder communication and coordination of interests

• Work on the alignment between Biz units within European RHQ

• Work on leading the collaboration and participation between business divisions

• Work on the coordination between NSC and HAEE development teams

• Work on the KPI definition and customer experience performance monitoring system establishment

• Monitor performance from web experience to final purchase experience and promote continuous improvement based on this (establish a virtuous cycle structure)

• Work on the Preparation for future mobility business

• Prepare a customer management system for business transition from B2B to B2C

• Work on the Web experience design using various data such as CDP/CRM/WEB

• Contribute to the sales increase through target accuracy

Requirements:

• University Degree (Bachelor/MBA etc.)

• Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in business process analysis and improvement through problem solving methods and techniques

• Experience in global scale projects and rollout support for market localization from RHQ perspective

• Experience in building a global multi-country website

• Experience in web projects (SEO, GA, AEM, Tableau, etc.)

• Excellent understanding of marketing campaign / CRM (customer relationship management) / sales (B2C and B2B) processes, preferably in the automotive industry

• Have a good understanding of Media advertising (DA, SA, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) and Martech and customer data and have practical work experience

• Experience in a project management role with a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities with a team

• Collaborative mindset - Strong teamwork, communication with stakeholders in various organizations

• Proficiency in English (both written and oral) is required, and those who are proficient in Korean and other languages are given additional points.

• Proficient in MS Office (PPT, Excel, etc.), Project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack, etc.)
