Developer - simulation models for electrical networks, full or part time (f/m/x)

Software Developer for electrical network simulations

What’s it all about?

You are part of a team developing future-oriented test approaches for protection testing in power systems: The test is independent of the relay type, the relay manufacturer and the often extensive parameter settings. Instead, the focus is on the correct behavior of the protection system. This is achieved by simulating realistic events in the network. The simulation core is constantly being expanded with new elements. The modeling can optionally be done in Matlab, while the implementation of the models in the product and their testing is done in C#.

What are we looking for?

  • Basics in electrical network modeling and calculation
  • Basic programming skills (C# knowledge is an advantage)
  • Good knowledge of Matlab/Simulink or similar tools
  • You are on your toes and enjoy working with people, but also very independent and self-reliant.
