  • works well in all service shifts
  • production and preparation of food, following our Mandarin Oriental standards
  • follows and enforces cleaning schedules and HACCP procedures
  • prepares relevant mise en place

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed apprenticeship as a chef
  • Team player, flexible and resilient
  • first experience in star gastronomy / hotel industry
  • Very high sense of responsibility and quality
  • Very good German and English skills
