Tasks
  • Ensure the quality of our content by checking ads on our websites Locanto and Yalwa
  • Remove Spam, Scam and censored content
  • Maintain blocklist to avoid illegal products to be posted on our sites
  • Improve our review processes in order to increase customer satisfaction
  • Identify patterns and create filters for automatic review
  • Work closely with our Category Management Department to ensure that content is posted in the right categories
  • Creation of weekly reports
Requirements
  • Vocational education in Communication, translation or commercial, or in a similar field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Content review or Customer Support in general
  • KPI driven
  • Experience with Regex would a plus
  • Fluent in English; Spanish and German would a strong advantage
  • Willingness to perform shift-work (Mo - Sun)
