As a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) you act strategically, growth-focused and results-oriented. You know how to inspire customers and empower them to achieve their own success.

Your Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for a positive customer journey and strengthening customer loyalty through regular and goal-oriented customer meetings
  • Anticipating customer needs, offering solutions and delighting wealthpilot customers
  • Taking targeted, growth-promoting measures
  • Close and constant cooperation with the other departments, in particular Sales, Marketing and Product Development
Your Profile

  • 3+ years of successful professional experience in consulting, project management, sales, account management or customer success management
  • Industry experience from the SaaS environment or FinTech/start-up sector is desirable
  • Customer and solution orientation, empathy and linguistic fluency
  • Enthusiasm for agile collaboration with colleagues from different departments
  • Fluent German and English
  • Willingness to travel at 30 - 50% (after the Corona pandemic)
