We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) to join our team. It’s an excellent opportunity to enter the booming AI space and join a fast-growing scale-up. You will play a critical role in achieving our business goals and also ensure the growth of our customers as well as support our product development with valuable customer feedback.fraud0 is an AI Bot Detection company backed by some of Europe’s best software investors and serial entrepreneurs. We help online businesses detect fake and fraudulent ad impressions and clicks, preventing ad budget losses and improving the digital experience for valid human traffic.
Aufgaben
- Develop, manage and expand customer relationships to build and maintain deep-level, trusting partnerships
- Provide exceptional customer support and service to our customers
- Understand customers’ business challenges, proactively collect feedback on our product and work together with our technical and business teams
- Develop and formulate product features for our Tech team resulting from customer feedback and requirements
- Understand our customer’s strategies and help drive success for both our partners and the company
- Ensure the highest standard of customer satisfaction during the transition from the Sales to Customer Success department
- Collaborate with multiple contacts (sales, customers, agencies) to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple ongoing projects
- Help your customers achieve their desired outcomes by being the main point of contact, supporting them during the implementation and execution phase and regularly educating them on the latest product releases, industry updates, and new threats
- Speak the language of our customers by continuously learning about the customer personas and helping the Customer Success team better communicate with customers at scale
- Professional experience in ad tech, online marketing, or in a consulting and customer-oriented position, such as key account management, customer service or media planning with a successful track record of working customer facing, and of meeting or exceeding goals
- Experience in media buying tools such as DV360, The Trade Desk or other DSPs
- Basic knowledge in Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal, written and visual) and self-confidence in your professional appearance and actions when dealing with customers
- Technical savviness, general technical knowledge / skills / interest, ability to quickly learn about ad tech, bots, online advertising
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Accountable and self-motivated – you are eager to learn every day, own timelines and ensure deliverables are met
- Start up mentality – adaptive and pragmatic and up for the challenge to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using Salesforce (big plus)
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty
- Business fluent in German and English (C2 or C1)
