The Opportunity
To join our team, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to take care of our on-premises key customers.
Our team is responsible for maintaining and expanding customer relationships and ensuring the satisfaction of our customers in a diverse industry environment (automotive, mechanical and plant engineering, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, energy, and many more). Accordingly, the cooperation with our customers is various and exciting.
What You’ll Do
- Consulting our customers regarding the optimal use of our software
- Analysis of customer processes
- Implementation/mapping of these processes in our software
- Specification of new customer requirements
- Preparation of offers
- Coordination with the development department, technical review and supervision of the implementation of the requirements
- Documentation of the results in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Jira
What You’ll Need
- Relevant professional experience in customer support, ideally in the B2B IT environment and/or in purchasing
- A goal-oriented, thorough approach to work, ability to work in a team, customer orientation as well as very good communication skills
- A high affinity for IT topics, confidence in the use of modern business software and Internet technologies
- Robust knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Fluent German and English
