The Mission

Join our Customer Success team and help us to drive user adoption for major customers like Accenture, Fresenius, PepsiCo and others. We aim for an outstanding Starmind user experience to further expand our growing know-how networks.

Customer Success takes a central role in the heart and functions of the organization at Starmind. We represent Starmind in a friendly and professional way, while speaking for our customers internally and providing feedback to our Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing teams.

What You Will Do

  • You own the ultimate success of a portfolio by taking responsibility for the satisfaction, retention and growth of each account
  • You guide customers through each stage of the customer journey: from project success planning, to onboarding, to expanding use of Starmind
  • You identify opportunities for customers to increase their work efficiency by integrating Starmind into their operations and knowledge management initiatives
  • You develop new ways to identify use cases that drive user adoption, and implement strategies and creative methods to increase user consumption
  • You take ownership of the transfer of information from Product, Marketing and Strategy teams to your portfolio of customers to drive up-sell and cross selling opportunities
  • You understand your customers’ business objectives while promoting Starmind’s value and securing our long term revenue stream through the timely renewal of contracts

Who You Are

  • You have gained professional experience in a customer facing B2B role
  • You are familiar with customer success processes within the SaaS industry
  • You understand the relevance of technology for large enterprises
  • You are passionate about customer advocacy
  • You have excellent presentation and communication skills
  • You have strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • You have a very strong entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on working attitude
  • You are skilled in stakeholder management and enjoy building personal networks
  • You are proficient with the use of Jira, Perdoo or Salesforce
  • You are willing to travel (locally and occasionally internationally)
  • You have excellent German and English language skills (verbal and written)
