Compliance Manager (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers

Are you a self-starter with a ‘can-do attitude’ and an appreciation for change management in a global environment? Do you have a good risk and controls skill set combined with good communication and behavioral change experience? Join Vantage Towers as Compliance Manager (m/f/d) and manage and enhance the global policy compliance program in Vantage Towers. In your role, you will support improving our Compliance Management System across Vantage Towers Group with a focus on processes and training and providing support in relation to Anti-Bribery, Competition Law and ESG. Your Challenges
  • You support the development, implementation and monitoring of key compliance policies and controls and improve our processes.
  • You provide specialist compliance advices and best practices on compliance to Vantage Towers Group Policy Champions and local Vantage Towers markets.
  • You support preparing regular reportings for senior stakeholders (e.g. Vantage Towers Risk & Compliance Committee, Vantage Towers ExCo, Audit & Risk Committee and Policy Champions) in line with agreed deadlines.
  • You apply strong project management and organisation skills to manage complex, global compliance projects with multiple stakeholders, e.g. the culture measurement project.
Your Qualification
  • A successfully completed university degree in law (preferred) or comparable studies with a focus on compliance or subject matter expertise in any legal area relevant to compliance
  • Profound experience in at least one of these key compliance areas, e.g. anti-bribery, competition law or ESG; training and communications, risk assessment
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in a small team and support other compliance areas where needed
  • The ability to appropriately influence key stakeholders across business units, geographical and cultural lines to drive effective compliance programs
  • The ability to come up with ideas to continually improve compliance and maintain an eye for detail in compliance testing
  • Fluent German or English skills (preferably both), written and spoken (C1 according to CEFR)
You have the opportunity to either work full-time or part-time with at least 30 hours per week.
