Job Description

Etops is a Swiss based company founded in 2010 with more than 150 employees at currently four locations. They offer end-to-end solutions for wealth managers and family offices, which include technology, managed services and professional consulting. Moreover they provide outsourcing services for all back- and mid-office requirements.

To complement Etops team remotely or at their location in Sonneberg near Erfurt we are currently looking for a

Business Analyst:in (m/f/d)

Your Tasks
  • Gather feature requirements and ideas for our Fintech platform from Product Managers, your team, yourself and other stakeholders
  • Understand these requirements and define a solution in the software
  • Specify and document this solution as a Use Case, User Story, Business Process Model or any other well-structured issue
  • Explain your solution to the Product Managers, development teams and other stakeholders
  • Work together with designers and software developers to precise the detailed technical solution
  • Try out the implementation of your solution to review if it meets the requirements
  • Work in agile development and release process (Scrum or Kanban)
Your Profile
  • Professional experience as a Business Analyst:in / Feature Owner:in / Product Owner:in of an enterprise software
  • Basic understanding of the financial sector
  • Ability to take the concrete perspective of a user and simultaneously abstracting to a more general solution and a high sense of responsibility
  • English communication and collaboration skills with product managers, other business analysts, designers and backend & frontend developers
  • Ideally a good command of German
  • Ability and interest to grasp and develop new ideas
  • Experience with agile methodology and tools such as Jira / Confluence / Azure
