Buchhalter (m/w/d) Teilzeit 16h/Woche

Location: Mannheim

Your field of action
  • You are responsible for posting and account assignment of bank, credit card and cash vouchers
  • You enter the incoming invoices and organize the corresponding approvals
  • You check travel expenses and implement their booking
  • You support monthly closings by e.g. interest calculations and accruals
  • You prepare the advance VAT returns and the recapitulative statements
  • You are available for 16h/2 days /week
What distinguishes you
  • You have a degree in business administration, are a tax specialist or have successfully completed a comparable commercial training with further training in balance sheet accounting
  • You can successfully apply your knowledge in balance sheet accounting for several years
  • You have very good knowledge of the accounting regulations according to HGB
  • You are proficient in DATEV, have sound knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and ideally also have basic knowledge of SAP
  • You have strong analytical skills and are able to understand and correctly classify complex interrelations
  • In addition to very good communication skills, you bring with you a goal and solution-oriented working style with a high level of commitment
  • You are ready to travel and have a very good command of German and good written and spoken English
