If you’re hungry to build a varied and meaningful career in a community of brilliant and diverse minds to make a real difference, there’s only one choice.Brand Manager (f/m/d) - DermatologyWe are looking for a motivated Brand Manager (f/m/d) to strengthen our team, who will be responsible for the product strategy and brand development of our brands Bepanthen, Bepanthol, Canesten, and Priorin.Your Tasks And Responsibilities- Actively planning and implementing day-to-day brand-management strategies across all marketing-mix elements in order to achieve in-market objectives (sales level, market shares, etc.)
- Continuously analyzing and monitoring data (market, brands, and competition), followed by taking conclusions and giving recommendations to strengthen the market brand performance
- Managing the entire ATL process of media campaigns, including media briefing, planning, execution, and post-buy analysis, in close collaboration with the Media/Digital Manager and Media Agency
- Supervising sell-out projections and A&P budget planning, including market development and in-market brand performance prognosis (Val.MS%), ensuring regular steering and reporting of A&P budget
- Leading the annual brand plan process with internal and external partners
- Recommending business growth opportunities including portfolio development (i.e., line extensions and new product launches) based on market gaps, consumer needs and BCH feasibility, as part of the Local Category Team (LCT)
- Participation in brand community projects as well as collaborating with the global team (GCBU)
- Completed studies in economics, ideally with a focus on marketing, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in marketing, in the OTC or FMCG industry
- Sound marketing and project management skills
- Experience in sales and/or trade marketing as well as international experience is an advantage
- Ability to think strategically and strong assertiveness
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and very good presentation skills
- Fluent in German and English
