Brand & Communication Co-ordinator (m/f/d)

We Want You To
  • Manage usage rights for all campaigns (finance process, markets survey, and budget requests).
  • Support the campaign managers with assets development that occur during the year.
  • Manage tactical campaigns and special communication projects (e.g. product placement, sponsorships)
  • Monitor the pan-European Corporate Identity (CI) and campaign messages
  • Cooperate with the Media team on process optimization and support local campaigns planning
  • Manage relationships with all markets on daily basis in order to solve issues, support specific requests and the alignment with the HMC team
  • Oversee and manage the production of product and brand brochures and pre-launch leaflets
  • Manage internal marketing activities such as organise assets and input for monthly internal newsletter
  • Steer and strengthen internal branding strategy, collaborating with HR, General Affairs and Brand Experience
  • Optimise the internal communication to achieve a clear brand message and consistency
  • Organise and manage presentation assets for monthly Regional and internal market conferences calls for the Brand Communications team.
  • Organise external events (Pan-European Marketing Conferences) at least twice per year (in person and online) and internal events (e.g. agencies events);
  • Work on all presentations making sure they follow the CI, send and monitor surveys.
  • Manage the respective budgets for the topics listed above
About You
  • Degree (or equivalent) educated with Marketing background with 3-5 yrs + of professional experience
  • Good time-management skills
  • Solid Project Management skills
  • Excellent understanding of communication strategy: in order to guide the market localisation correctly.
  • Innovative: understanding creativity and strategic thinking behind campaigns and applying the material correctly.
  • Analytical: analyzing various localisation proposals from markets.
  • A good communicator, good interpersonal skills to be able to smoothly coordinate between many departments and markets
  • Excellent attention to detail in terms of CI monitoring and presentation preparation
  • Experience in the field of advertising and/or a creative agency is a plus
  • Experience in multiple countries and with various cultures a plus and fluent English skills with additional EU language preferred
