Tasks

What You’ll Do:
  • You will find the right candidates by evaluating the applications of the candidates franchises that meet the standards.
  • You will manage the whole process from the first time a franchise candidate applies for a franchise until the day they start to work.
  • You will prepare price offers and make deals.
  • You will communicate continuously and effectively with other departments.
  • You will communicate with existing franchises and evaluate their franchise requests and manage the process.
  • You will manage the franchise development team.
Requirements

What We are Looking for:
  • 10+ years of experience in franchising and sales departments
  • Bachelor’s degree from related departments
  • Fluency in German and in English, Turkish is a plus
  • Hunger to learn and relearn
  • Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
  • Comfortable with numbers, good analytical skills enabling to make analysis without getting lost in details
  • Proactive and initiative taker to achieve targeted goals in parallel to scheduled timeline
  • Passionate for working in dynamic start-up environment
