Would you like to join our MARELLA Munich Store as Assistant Store Manager?
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for maximizing sales in accordance with company standards by guiding, motivating, and developing on-floor staff. They ensure the proper distribution of personnel according to customer flow and commercial objectives
You’ll be in charge of:
- Achievement of the qualitative and quantitative objectives assigned by the Store Manager
- Store supervision in the absence of the Store Manager
- Development and growth facilitation of resources in coordination with the Store Manager
- Development of role learning through proactive, team, and digital activities aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of their responsibilities
- Identification of effective solutions to adapt the presence of resources on the floor to customer/market needs
- Effective commercial management of events in collaboration with the Store Manager
If you:
- Passion for fashion
- Customer-oriented approach
- Expertise in Retail Store management
- Advanced Team Leadership and Motivation
- Strong Organizational and Communication skills
- Fluent in German and English language, Italian and Russian would be considered as a plus
