Application Support Engineer m/f/d

Tasks
  • Close cooperation with the external service providers in the field of application systems.
  • Assist in the implementation and support of assigned application systems for standard software as well as in-house and third-party development in collaboration with internal IT and service providers.
  • You are responsible for the development as well as implementation of processes
  • You supervise the commissioning in cooperation with the suppliers
  • Documentation of all processes in the CRM system
  • Continuous analysis and evaluation of departmental requirements according to specifications
  • Compliance with the requirements of the respective areas and error analysis
  • You have one year or more of work experience in the mentioned field and/or have a comparable education
  • You are looking forward to working with applications in the field of databases and also have first experience in the field of networking
  • You have a communicative nature and have no problem with customer contact
  • ITIL knowledge
  • Workplace with good public transport connection
