Analyst, Service Product Performance (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Product Performance Specialist (f/m/d) to join the Logistics Product Operations team on our journey to always delivering amazing experiences.

The Logistics Product Operations team at Delivery Hero consists of smart and driven people from all around the world who work closely together with our entities worldwide to ensure each and every local or regional contact center performs in their most efficient way.

We assist senior management and the local teams to make their operations run smoothly, roll out and improve global contact center systems and make sure best practices are shared between entities.

Your mission:

• You will work alongside senior management to drive key regional projects to improve the service experience for our customers, vendors and riders

• You monitor the product performance and usage in your region and highlight areas for optimization with supporting analysis

• You explore our vast datasets to proactively find areas for improvement, give meaning to data and numbers, identify opportunities and issues

• Translate local needs and use your own insights to shape our product roadmap and define the most value-adding projects together with the regional team

• Be the voice of the region in Berlin HQ, collaborate with all departments to enable growth and utilize Service products to their fullest potential

• You provide senior management with regular performance reports, insights and presentations

Your heroic skills:

• You gained at least 2 years of professional experience in fast-paced internet companies, ideally in service operations or product performance

• You have a strong knowledge of SQL, complementing solid exploratory analysis and data visualization skills

• Hands-on attitude, capable of dealing with constant change and being able to get things done in a timely and effective manner

• Infinitely curious, self-motivated and willing to make a difference

• You communicate clearly and in a structured way across a variety of channels

• You have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
