Develop and manage ad monetization strategies across a multitude of ad networks and demand partners
Design, create, and maintain ad waterfalls for our portfolio of casual games via our mediation partner, MAX
Analyze ad performance data to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize monetization efforts, analyze results, and implement successful strategies
Devise innovative ad monetization strategies based on data-driven decisions
Foster collaboration with product and user acquisition teams by recommending data-informed strategies for ad placement creation and optimization to improve user LTV
Communicate with technical teams about SDK integrations, data analytics, dashboard development, and automation needs to enhance ad monetization
Stay abreast of the current advertising landscape and apply relevant ad trends to mobile games
Min 1 year of experience in mobile gaming, consulting, business analysis or finance
Strong quantitative skills, deep understanding of data analysis, and a passion for delving into the details
Proven ability to work autonomously, self-motivate, and handle manual tasks efficiently
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a knack for creative, innovative solutions
Ability to propose proactive, efficient responses to challenges
Strong desire for contributing to business growth and increasing revenues
Enthusiastic interest in mobile gaming and data
Fluency in written and spoken English
Proficiency in MS Excel
Experience in statistical analysis tools or a programming language is an advantage
Familiarity with the mobile gaming industry and ad tech ecosystem is a significant plus
Previous experience in consulting or finance is a bonus, especially for those excited about a switch to the dynamic and fast-paced world of gaming
