As a publicly listed company, keeping accurate and fully informed financial records is crucial for driving our business forward. Our Accounts Receivable team ensures that clients are properly billed, payments are collected in a timely manner and accounting records are recognized correctly. We work closely with other departments to strengthen the relationship with debtors and improve the company’s cash position.

Our team is looking for people who have proven financial experience and have an accounting background to join our team.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Completing Aging controls and monitoring payment status of open Items
  • Communicating with internal stakeholders e.g. subscription management team
  • Communicating with external stakeholders, e.g. payment providers or debt collection agency
  • Preparing Audit reports and completion of SOX Controls
  • Ensuring Month end closing tasks & responsibilities are completed and deadlines are met
  • Preparing tax related reports and adjustments
  • Supporting and consulting other departments regarding financial questions
  • Reconciling bank accounts with corresponding General ledger accounts
  • Reconciling credit card receivables, payments, account balances and dealing with different payment methods and refunds

Who We’re Looking For

  • Good understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
  • Excellent numerical ability
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and in high pressure situations
  • Great communication skills
  • Good Excel skills as you will work with Pivot tables, Conditional Formatting and formulars such as VLOOKUP, COUNTIF and IF
  • Ability to multi-task while completing tasks accurately in a timely manner
  • Ability to express yourself fluently in English which is our company language

  • Familiarity with ERP and/or Invoicing tools
  • Accounts Receivable experience
