Your Responsibilities

  • You will deliver the sales revenue plan, achieve or exceed sales quotas and grow the business and increase our market share
  • You will consistently deliver on quarterly forecast commitments and build lasting, consultative relationships with C-level executives in customer accounts and develop deep comprehension of your customer’s needs and business
  • You will build and manage a robust sales pipeline and maintain requested reporting as well as regular opportunity inspection, to ensure accurate pipeline
  • You will actively approach and acquire customers in the energy market
  • You will negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises by selling value as well as ROI
  • You will handle existing customer expectations while expanding reach and depth into assigned territory

Your Profile

  • You own a University or Bachelor’s degree in combination with several years of enterprise software sales experience, and optionally you are already experienced in the Energy industry and Battery market
  • You are driven and have met/exceeded direct sales goals of €1M+ and operated with an average deal size of €100k+
  • You have very good knowledge of MS Office and the use of CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • You are experienced in working for an innovative tech company (SaaS, IT infrastructure or similar preferred), you have a strong ability to negotiate and to demonstrate methodology to prospect and build pipeline on your own
  • You enjoy your confidence in combination with your excellent communication and presentation skill in English and another language is requested
  • You are willing to travel within the assigned territory
