We as the Data Team at AMORELIE put data at the centre of our organisation. We provide high-quality data, information and knowledge, empowering relevant decision making across the organisation in close collaboration with our partners. The Data Team plays a central role in our strategy, designing and developing our infrastructure, processes, and analytics capabilities.
Position Details
To accomplish it, we are looking for a Data Analyst with a focus on finance who is highly passionate about providing stellar data products that drive business decisions.
Job To Do’s

  • You will have end-to-end ownership of financial data: optimise data sources; analyse large data sets to provide actionable insights; dive deep into the inner workings of the company as a whole.

  • You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders to help drive solving problems and finding answers on hypotheses and questions around financial performance, accounting and forecasting.

  • Leverage insights for the Finance team by providing analyses, reports and dashboards as well as owning operational processes.

  • Join key meetings as an advocate of the Data Team to facilitate data-driven thinking. You will ensure data quality on data-related Finance tasks and projects.

  • Define key metrics and identify opportunities to streamline workflows by anticipating stakeholder needs.

Skills

  • You love to learn, are a critical thinker and a thorough, creative problem solver who strives for excellence.

  • You have an in-depth knowledge of SQL and work with it on a daily basis, using cloud technologies would be a plus.

  • You communicate confidently with the help of intuitive data visualisations using established reporting tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau or PowerBI).

  • You are confident in working with Profit and Loss statements and Balance Sheets and have driven commercial analyses before.

  • You’ve completed a degree in statistics, mathematics, data science, computer science or a similar quantitative discipline.

  • 2+ years experience as a Data Analyst, Finance Analyst, Operations Analyst or similar.
