If so, here is your chance to join our Digital Marketing team for High Voltage Conversion! In the last decade we have grown to a market leading position with our high voltage semiconductor switches. Now we want to strengthen existing and enter new markets in a holistic system context to enable an even faster growth trajectory. By having an analytical and creative mindset in your role in Data Analysis & Digital Marketing you will be responsible to support the execution of the digital marketing strategy for our High Voltage Conversion (HVC) products. You will team-up with highly motivated colleagues in a cross-functional setup to accelerate automation of business processes and customer engagements within the megatrend of green energy respectively de-carbonization of our planet. You will be part of an exciting mission making an impact.
In your new job you will:
  • Support the execution of HVC’s digital marketing strategy
  • Use data intelligence(e.g., customer, product analytics) to supplement running business processes(e.g., demand planning) and support future oriented
  • Prepare data from different source systems(SAP, BO) and create business dashboards and reportsby using latest reporting and visualization tools (Tableau, SAP Business Objects)
  • Capture new requirementsto drive automation in running business processes
  • Work with central Market Communication and Digital Marketing teams to drive improvement of digital customer engagement journey
  • Drive content marketingfor HVC in collaboration with marketing stakeholder to offersuitable contentand evaluate KPI dashboardsto regularly measure the effectiveness of digital marketing activities and derive improvement measures

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, ITor comparable studies with focus on Digital Marketing
  • At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, digital marketingor ideally a mix of it
  • A proventrack record for achieving sustainable results in a dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical skillswith experience in data management
  • Hands-on experiencein creating visualizations of data, e.g. with Tableau
  • High interest in semiconductors,especially in power as a strong plus
  • Fluent Englishskills, Germanas a plus
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2022.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
