Your Responsibilities

• You manage various international Cyber Security Projects, acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality
• You adopt and adapt project management methodologies based on the context of the project and select from predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches
• You continuously determine, monitor, and review status, scope, costs, resources, inter-dependencies, issues and risks of Cyber Security Projects
• You identify, analyse, manage, monitor and improve stakeholder relationships and gain commitment to action through consultation and consideration of impacts
• You continuously optimize resource management and performance, including determination of capabilities, integration into teams, allocation of tasks, direction, support, guidance, motivation, learning and development
• You establish and continuously improve quality management of Cyber Security Projects and Project Management Methodologies

Your Profile

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Informatics, Risk & Security Management or a related field
• Several years of work experience in Project Management, Cyber Security, Corporate Security, Internal Audit or a related field
• Ability to clearly and concisely explain complex matters to a diverse group of stakeholders from different businesses and cultures
• Proven track record in planning and maintaining a complex reporting framework
• A profund understanding of Project Management, IT and/or OT, Cyber Security and related domains as well as the attitude to look beyond the horizon
• Fluent English and German language skills mandatory
