Core tasks:

  • Acceptance of customer requests for commercial off-the-shelf items, mainly for aftermarket (spares & repairs)
  • Alignment with the technical departments about the request
  • Writing proposals
  • Support aftermarket pricing strategy
  • Acceptance and introduction into ERP of aftermarket customer orders

Requirements :

  • 1 or 2 years of previous working experience in customer support ( or internship/ apprenticeship )
  • Good English language (reading and writing – B2)
  • Fluent in German language (reading and writing)
  • Office Administration experience
  • Great understanding of writing proposals
  • Great communication skills
