We are looking for an addition to our DACH Customer Success team as a maternity cover.

What you will be doing?

Simply put, as a Customer Success representative you will be responsible for retention and expansion of our WEBFLEET customers in the DACH region. As a member of the global Webfleet Solutions team, you will have to deliver the following:

  • be responsible for your own SME customer portfolio in terms of Customer Experience, Adoption, Churn & Revenue growth;
  • own the complete customer life-cycle of on-boarding, adoption, expansion and renewal of your customers;
  • work closely with Sales partners, Admin, Customer Support, Marketing and Sales to raise customer loyalty, identify upsell opportunities and ensure a great customer experience;
  • actively participate in improving processes and procedures;
  • are the "Voice of the Customer" towards the rest of the organization;
  • Identify and generate referral opportunities;
  • Actively drive opportunity generation within your indirect customer base (upsell, cross sell and/or addon);
  • Negotiate and close new subscription contracts with your direct customer base (upsell, cross sell, renewal and addon).

Who are you?

To be successful as a Customer Success representative, this is the kind of profile we have in mind:

  • Languages: German native and a high level of business English.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on translating business requirements into technological solutions.
  • Business acumen / commercial insights.
  • You have experience in a similar Customer Success or account management role and have experience with sales.
  • You have an analytical way of thinking and organisational talent.
  • You are an emphatic listener and understand the wishes of our customers.
  • History of working with SalesForce is a plus.
