Your tasks
To further accelerate our strong growth phase, we are looking for a motivated Customer Service Manager (m/f/d) to support our Quality Assurance team in Berlin. Previous knowledge in customer care or logistics is an advantage, but not required. We search for engaged rock stars that bring their (and our) PS on the road and are willing to go the extra-mile to do so.
Our Quality Assurance team takes care of the service level of our customers and carriers. You will ensure that all quality requirements are fulfilled, that our shipments are on time and you will proactively communicate with carriers and customers to present solutions.
- You work closely together with our Transport Managers. After the purchase of freight capacities, you take over full responsibility, from quality control up to the handover to accounting
- You keep the load off your teams’ shoulders by searching for creative and efficient solutions in case of any issues that might occur
- During the transport you are the contact person for all people involved (e.g. carriers, customers, loading and unloading stations, etc.) and in case of complications you independently come up with solutions
- You continuously think about how processes can be digitized and improved in order to increase the productivity of yourself, your team and the entire Operations department
Your Profile
- You are an open-minded and communicative person who wins over partners with our vision and act as an in-house ambassador for our long-term goals
- You start and run operational tasks, as well as bigger projects, independently and while doing so include all relevant stakeholders
- You are open towards problems and you look for creative solutions
- You work in a data-driven manner and confidently use relevant tools such as Google Workspace
- You feel comfortable in a startup environment, are hands-on, work in an agile manner and stay focused even during busy times
- You have completed training or a (dual) course of study and ideally already gained first professional experience - know-how in the field of logistics and road transportation (e.g. as a dispatcher) or in customer service are a plus but not required
- You are fluent in German and English - additional languages are an advantage
