DEMO S.A. Pharmaceutical Industry is an industrial and commercial organization established in 1965 in Greece and active in the production and sales of pharmaceutical products. Our product portfolio includes many injectable generic pharmaceutical formulations from several therapeutic categories; injectable products of all forms such us liquid injectables in glass ampoules, vials & bottles, sterile powders, lyophilized products, emulsions, carbapenems, penicillins and cephalosporins.

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator and Assistant to the Managing Director, in order to act as the main contact of our subsidiary in Germany. The ideal candidate will coordinate efficiently all office activities, support DEMO HQ, cooperate with all internal & external partners and communicate with the local German Authorities. This position is based in Munich, Germany.


Responsibilities

  • Customer service coordination
  • Reception of sales orders and insertion in the SAP system
  • Processing of queries and complaints
  • Compilation and follow up in cooperation with the STB and QPPV
  • Cooperation with the HQ team for issues related to Regulatory Affairs (translation / revision of product information texts)
  • Support various departments of the Headquarters and external functions
  • Recording and follow up of change control documents and deviation
  • Compilation and review of QMS documents
  • Monitoring of incoming payments and execution of outbound payments in cooperation with the HQ team
  • Administration of IFA Data
  • Administration of ABDA / IFAP
  • Support of IT related functions by acting as the administrator and user of ASC Pharmaprotect and Blueport Bank account portal
  • Announcement of trade statistics (DESTATIS)
  • Review of contracts and QAAs
  • Office, meeting and travel management
  • Coordination/Cooperation with external partners (PV, GDP, accounting) and Service-Partners (e.g. Telecommunication, IT, office equipment, facility management)
  • HR administration (personal files, vacation planning and coordination)

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a pharmaceutical company
  • Excellent English and German communication skills (oral and written) are mandatory
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • SAP knowledge will be appreciated
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivation
