Description & Requirements

You will be responsible for
  • Overall responsibility for GAS Customer Service & Logistics Strategy/Management
  • Grow- develop & mentor the Logistics team ensuring engagement and understanding of the wider Supply Chain team
  • Effectively managing the partnership with the 3PL warehouse & transport providers- ensuring operational effectiveness & exceptional service
  • Driving continuous improvement projects across end to end logistics
  • Detailed & exploratory analysis of growth potential- promotional/peak planning activity and reviewing 3PL capacity
  • Managing & improving a complex distribution model and supplier network; understanding supplier needs and optimizing approach
  • Drive actions in line with long term strategy; striving towards an optimal situation across quality- service and cost
  • Supervise the activities of the customer service administrators to maintain and enhance customer relationships and ensure a well-working OTC-process
  • Support business growth through developing efficient and high-performing customer service & collaboration
  • Handle complex and escalated customer service issues- improve KPIs and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Interact with internal and external customers to resolve issues and work together with your Logistics Manager on strategic projects
  • Develop and maintain pro-active business relationships with customers- key account management and suppliers
Hard Skills

! Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included)- in order to proceed for this position.
  • University degree in Management- Economics or equivalent
  • Very good English skills; German is a plus
  • At least 5 years of experience in Logistics Management- Customer Service Department or Customer Collaboration Department within the FMCG sector
  • Very good software skills (Excel- Powerpoint)
Professional Attitude
