What you can expect – enriching experiences that will last a lifetimeIn the Mobility team of our People Advisory Services in Munich, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Berlin, Dusseldorf, you will advise our clients on tax and social security law issues relating to employee assignments in Germany and other countries. Your tasks will be wide ranging:
  • Create significant positive impact on the quality and design attributes of new technology-enables solutions and services for endusers and translating high-level business requirements into intuitive, attractive and functional design experiences
  • Designing and leading user research and usability testing of tools and services and developing and maintaining design wireframes and specifications
  • Defining and documenting personas, user stories and interaction models, user task flows and user interface (UI) specifications for product (tool and service) design
  • Communicating scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models and screen designs to other team members such as front and back end developers and product owners and working with visual designers to incorporate common brand identity into the solutions
  • Champion and drive design best practice within the CoE team and evaluating the user experience (UX) effectiveness of existing assets and services and suggesting continuous improvements
What You Can Contribute – Skills For Shaping The Future
  • A proven track record of UX design in a design leadership role and 5+ relevant experience working in UX and/or product design
  • Knowledge of the capabilities of software programming languages and experience of working in cross-functional agile product teams
  • Is familiar with Agile methods, their advantages and limitations, and the difficulties of applying these in a corporate setting and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines
  • Empathy – the ability to think as a user and champion the user and strong facilitation skills
  • Managed stakeholders up to and including leadership level and excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences
