Sandoz has embraced a bold strategy to drive a company-wide digital transformation. This includes the development and implementation of the Sandoz enterprise-wide digital strategy that uses data and digital to develop and manage a strategic digital portfolio that delivers $500M of value to Sandoz within 3 years. This will drive deployment of digital and data technologies and ways of working to achieve enterprise-wide strategic objectives across Portfolio and Pipeline, Customer Engagement and Sales Operations. The Sandoz Digital Strategy is led by the Sandoz Chief Digital Officer and co-owned with the Sandoz Executive Committee (SEC)

Our Customer Engagement Lead reports into the Head of Digital, International Region, and will be responsible for shaping digital strategic recommendations and leading tactical implementation to maximize the reach, frequency and value of virtual interactions with all customer channels.

Your goal will be to drive greater engagement within our ecosystem of bio-generic customers and achieve positive sales and return on investment results for our current and future product line.

In this role, you’ll foster the transition from a conventional “share of voice” sales and marketing model to a digital and multi-channel “push-pull” customer engagement model through the management of strategies, technologies, content. and change.

You’ll have the opportunity to boost online presence on relevant sites and find innovative approaches to customer engagement in order to drive business growth, increase brand visibility and increase product preference. Sandoz and customer recommendations.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
  • Having a clear understanding of bio-generics customer needs and digital trends, and shape Sandoz Region International strategic direction for each channel
  • Creating customer engagement platforms and initiatives to drive product preference and use through non-traditional sales and marketing tactics (campaign emails, online presentations, virtual learning platforms, portals, apps , etc.)
  • Developing multi-channel push-pull strategies with partners in the product marketing teams to enhance beneficial programs and services other than the Sandoz representative and achieve sales targets for new and existing products
  • Working with internal or global partners or external vendors to build customer portals and e-commerce framework that will generate customer attraction, Sandoz preference and more prescriptions
  • Promoting collaboration, alignment and operation of customer relationship management functionalities and infrastructure with the manager and ensure technical availability and adaptation of functionalities to needs
  • Designing strategies, message content and creative frameworks in close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams
  • Leading digital change as well as continuous training for the entire company, to allow everyone to "focus on data and digital tools"
  • Fostering open communication and effective harmonization between the various innovative and emerging external suppliers
  • Determining indicators of success and put in place monitoring initiatives to assess online traffic and resource requirements
  • Identifying and establishing external partnerships with patient associations, healthcare professionals, the innovation community, as well as processes on how best to collaborate
Minimum Requirements

What you’ll need:
  • University Degree in a relevant field
  • Significant experience in a healthcare, finance, FMCG or pharma company
  • Experience designing and implementing digital solutions in the omnichannel domain or customer engagement channels
  • Proven ability to translate business questions into data science problems and translate solutions back into business insights that drive business decisions and strategy
  • Solid ability to synthesize information to develop recommendations, and ability to persuade / influence organization of recommended path
  • Ability to build relationships, collaborate and influence across a multi-country and multifunctional matrix organization
  • Experience in leading multiple large-scale projects, managing diverse groups of partners and being accountable for individual & team results and inspire change across functions
  • Proficiency in English language (oral and written)
Nice to have:
  • Degrees in business, finance, supply chain and/or consulting preferred
  • Experience implementing and managing portfolio and product lifecycle platform solutions highly desired
  • Good understanding of Trade joint business planning, Gross-to-net, CVP and rebate contracts in FMCG and pharmaceutical industry highly desirable
