THE POSITION
In your new role you perform standard and strategic audits across all functions, processes, businesses and geographies. With your work, you minimize risks for all BI companies including BI representative offices and other BI units.
Tasks & responsibilities
- One of your responsibilities will be to protect BI by performing standard and non-standard audits.
- Moreover, you will conduct process assessments by analyzing information and interviewing colleagues.
- In addition, you produce objective and unbiased audit reports and leverage best practice and knowledge.
- Furthermore, you will act as the key contact for auditing functions because you will work across all geographies, functions and businesses and interact directly with the Board of Managing Directors and Senior Management.
- Consequently, our diverse team determines if BI’s risk management, systems of control and governance processes are adequate and functioning as intended.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management, Science or Law
- Team player with strong analytical skills
- Knowledge in data analytics, business processes and business acumen
- Willingness to spend up to 50 % of the working time on business trips
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English (verbal and writing)
