What Your Impact Will Be:
General Support to DACH Licensing Team
- Support contract drafting by ensuring all needed documents are received from our partners and deals correctly entered in systems.
- Set up needed POs and suppliers in the systems and track A&P activities and invoicing including approval process.
- Create regular Pitch and Brand Update materials in cooperation with brand teams
- Support the flawless execution of marketing and retail activations
- Conduct and prepare competitive product analysis and overviews
- Liaison with licensees to gather specific category information
- Support in gathering royalty and sales forecasts reports from DACH based licensees
Lead Trade Fair executions, events and marketing synergies
- Ownership and execution lead of the CP related Industry events (LIMA , toy fair, country conference and Design summit)
- Coordinate licensee and KeyPartner meetings
Local Category/Licensee relationship Management
- Manage selected local partners to learn and get insights into the role of category management. Prepare for new deal negotiation and contractual agreements with a long-term strategic mindset
- Seeking for new trends and opportunities to pitch together with category leads
Design Approval process and Creative Briefs
- Monitor and control the deadlines in the process
- Liaise with the licensee and the design approval and creative teams to facilitate the flow and supporting local licensees
- Drive and proactively influence licensee product development in line with set creative strategy

Education & Experience
- Completed apprenticeships, ideally graduate level with a Marketing or Business-related degree
- Preferably previous work experience in licensing, marketing or retail, preferably Brand management exposure and product development experience
