Become a part of the Architecture Sales team that owns and drives the product and solution sales for the Collaboration architecture. Take control of the business and make an impact by making decisions, shaping the strategy, engaging with customers and inspiring Cisco sales teams.
What You’ll Do
In this highly visible role you will be responsible for the Collaboration business in the Commercial Sector in Germany
Your key responsibilities will be: Develop and execute an integrated sales coverage model using the power of all relevant resources ( TSA/T SE, Partner Sales, C SM and vertical resources) to capture the business opportunity and momentum in the m arket. Develop and cultivate strong relationships with key customer and partner contacts at executive level & Line of Business Understand, articulate and position - both internally and externally - Cisco’s Collaboration Architecture and Solution and the benefits/value for our customers and partners Position the Cisco collaboration portfolio in the context of digitization and business transformation at your customers by developing compelling use cases. Build out Multi-Architecture sales engagements to broaden synergetic effects Build and execute a creative joint business plan with sales management for your assigned vertical. Grow and convert pipeline, perform and t ransform t he b usiness Drive campaigns & partnerships to foster innovation in & outside of IT. Drive software and recurring r evenue sales with the team as one of Cisco´s strategic initiatives Directly engage on selected opportunities where required, and develop the overall customer engagement with the sales peers Drive adoption Cisco of collaboration tools within your existing collaboration customer base by working closely together with the customer success team within Cisco. Relationship Management – Initiate, sustain and grow relationships with key customer executives and decision maker Own the transformation of the a rchitecture team to business outcome and LoB selling
Who You Are You show passion and dedication to success as well as the strong motivation to be successful in a competitive and fast changing market. You have experience and a proven track record in the Unified Communication & Collaboration market in Germany for a minimum of 5+ years. You have strong skills and expertise in the UC Business (OnPrem & Cloud) & experience selling in recurring sales models with strong focus on business outcome. You have experience in running complex Sales models, using the power and strength of diverse teams and functions You are able to drive a sales campaign in combining all aspects of the collaboration solution like features, architecture, TCO, business needs, etc. into a compelling value proposition. You should be able to work with Partners and Cisco sales organizations enabling them to develop effective line of business sales strategies Strong attitude in being and staying an expert with high self-organization and a fast learning DNA. You speak and write English and German fluently
