  • Defining and driving our long-term digital first creative & content strategy to become the best data-driven marketing organization in Consumer Health
  • In collaboration with marketing teams and creative agencies, ensuring that all creative platforms are digitally ready, include audience personalization, and fit for full funnel execution
  • Defining the creative and content performance measurement framework in terms of efficiency, quality, and effectiveness and drive on-going review and optimization
  • Ensuring re-application of existing assets in campaign creative and content planning as well as find new opportunities to deliver content efficiency
  • Serving as the single point of contact for creative and content agencies
  • Fostering collaborations with key media partners (Google, Meta, TikTok etc.) and creative tech platforms (Celtra, Flashtalking etc.)
  • Proactively partnering within the broader organization to share best-practices and explore collaboration opportunities across other BCH markets
Who You Are
  • Master in Business Administration with focus on marketing or equivalent
  • Vast experience in integrated creative & content across strategy & execution for Consumer Health, FMCG, or Digital Creative/Content Agency, with a solid track record of success
  • Hands-on experience in translating brand strategies into data-driven executional creative & content
  • In-depth understanding of all key creative & content formats, measurement, and best-practices across owned, earned, and paid channels
  • Strong experience in data-driven creative personalization strategies and agile optimization approach
  • Good understanding of content development process and delivery systems (eDAM, CMS etc.)
  • Strong inter-personal and communication skills (written and oral)
  • Fluent in German and English
