POSITION

LeanIX is growing rapidly and seeking a Cloud Software Engineer (f/m/d) to drive our Microservice Intelligence product. As part of our cross-functional, remote team, you will work on extending our connectors to public cloud providers, while constantly challenging the end-user perspective and injecting new ideas. We are seeking for a rapid learner who wants to be part of a modern development team.

WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?
  • You will be responsible for leveraging our Integration capabilities to rapidly build, extend & operate connectors to AWS, Azure & GCP
  • Your focus will be on extending and utilizing your deep technical understanding of the hyperscalers’ technology
  • As a role model you take ownership for your work, and seek to contribute to a product that matters for our customers
  • You will be part of our larger development organization and contribute to cross-team knowledge building & sharing - with explicit options to share your knowledge across our entire company and beyond, e.g. on conferences
  • You will join a fully remote team, even after Corona

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • 3+ years experience in similar role
  • Deep experience with at least one public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud automation (e.g. Terraform)
  • 2+ years experience also in Software Development (e.g. Java Backend Development)
  • Experience and great interest in modern API technologies (e.g. GraphQL) and programming languages (e.g. Go) would be a strong plus
  • Hands-on approach, enjoying an agile software development process
  • Fluent in English

The Flexible Work Mode means you can work from the office once in a while, on a frequent basis or maybe you prefer to work remotely from your home office most of the time. Our Flexible Work Mode only requires employees to reside within a reasonable distance to one of our offices (you should be able to get there within a half day of travel) in order to encourage attendance at company and office-wide events, important internal meetings, and to develop and strengthen working relationships with colleagues.
