The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells. How you will CELLebrate
  • You manage cell chemistry topics in an ambitious series battery development project
  • You have the organizational lead of problem solving solutions
  • You embed improvement procedures into the project
  • You allign project topics with collegues, managment and stakeholders on international basis
  • You provide professional presentations in organizational and management meetings
  • You hold project timetable and budget
What you need for our CELLebration
  • Excellent project management skills
  • At least 2 years training on the job concering project management
  • Experienced in Lithium-ion battery technology
  • Apply problem solving methodology like 8D
  • Ability to manage match technical details with the project timeline
  • Englisch language min. C1 level
