We are seeking a Category, Portfolio & Process Manager for our categories Oral Care, Home Care and Personal Care for our 3 markets DE, AT and CH.

Responsibilities:

  • Co-lead and co-manage the Commercial Calendar, all the commercial processes and monthly discipline cycle x-functionally which is the fundamental process to steering our business across DE, AT and CH
  • Ensure timely and in-full delivery of the required inputs for the various decision meetings from crossfunctional teams
  • Overseeing and further developing and continuously improving the procedures and tools associated with the commercial processes, discerning any gaps or challenges, and subsequently addressing and resolving them
  • Steer the overall x-brand assortment and promotional strategy and execution (incl. couponing)
  • Support the development of country & channel-specific portfolio capabilities that address future business needs to maximize consumer value, business & customer profitability
  • Support the teams by developing ongoing, data-driven insights and tools to support the design-for-channel operational framework, short and long-term
  • Support the teams by providing training and developing documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOP´s) about the processes and the tools
  • Lead & steer process optimization with the x-functional team, i.e. Data Management Process

Requirements:

  • Experience of min 8 years in Marketing, Customer Development and/or Trade Marketing
  • Experienced in executing category growth strategies and driving the operational plans behind
  • Experienced in leveraging various forms of data to provide actionable recommendations
  • Strong Commercial and analytical acumen; robust understanding of brand & retailer P&Ls
  • A networker who is able to manage the cross-functional matrix organization
