Ihre Aufgaben

  • You play an integral role in directing and effectively closing projects throughout the entire sales cycle
  • You are responsible for expanding our footprint in the region Germany and North Europe for customers in the Energy industry
  • You manage one of the biggest players of the energy industry at a global level, enabling the expansion of our collaboration through other Capgemini entities around the world
  • You are responsible for the development of new business for established and future customers
  • Through sales forecasting, you give valuable input to the organization on resource planning and support the concerned departments in the hiring and solution development process
  • You look after several accounts and control the entire sales process from the generation of new leads, qualification of requirements to the preparation of offers as well as contract negotiation and conclusion
  • You set the strategic direction, by allowing to expand the offer portfolio based on the ideas generated through your discussions with customers
  • You enable the growth of your business and contribute to the corporate development and the success of Capgemini Engineering commercial strategy

Ihr Profil

  • Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business administration, Management or equivalent 5+ years professional experience
  • Several years of proven experience within the Energy Industry, preferably with an OEM or a service supplier to an OEM
  • Outstanding communication & presentation skills and experience negotiating with top management level stakeholders as well as customer decision makers and sponsors
  • Solid technical knowledge allowing you to deal with various engineering topics and various stakeholders from the customers’ organization
  • Good knowledge of financial planning or commercial experience (e.g.: financial forecast, monitoring and controlling)
  • Result-oriented attitude and an ability to thrive in ever-changing conditions
  • Effective stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to interface and translate management steering decisions at the operational level
  • Business fluent in English and German, French is an advantage
