This position, Brand Manager, Movado will be responsible for implementation of Movado transition plan and develop strong brand positioning in China, to enhance brand awareness and drive new customer growth.
This position will report into senior marketing manager and will communicate and collaborate closely with HQ teams/ cross departments/ functions to achieve brand and business objectives. And will play a central role in adapting global strategy to local Chinese needs to dive sales across channels.
Main Job Duties and Responsibilities • Brand Marketing - Work with line manager & HQ team to create and implement for brand and marketing strategies, with the objectives of communicating brand images/ massages to all key pillars. - Provide practical action for Movado brand rebranding and establishment in Chinese market. - Closely work with internal function team members to implement for all brand execution for a better consumer journey and create awareness. - To be a key person of the brand for all marketing activities implementation, daily work with agency, vendor for related social, digital, and other regular marketing activities. - Integrate all marketing resources together for a better support to offline and online business with their specified requests and put key marketing activation into their business calendar. - Plan for communication assortment & channel product forecast allocation from both business and consumer needs. - Ability to find the right consumer audience, understand business challenges & opportunities, provide marketing initiative by channel. • Training: - Lead for brand training for internal & external team (Stores, TP, eCom Platforms) - Compiling product training materials and developing courseware. - Responsible for brand related product training, including for various sales channels and internal team.
• Financial related - Control investment & ROI required for each marketing activity to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. - Challenge and negotiate quotation from key partners and agencies to ensure we are continuously getting the best value.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree above - At least 10 years relevant marketing brand management experience with reputable companies, Swiss watch brand would be plus. - Experience in rebranding or brand building. - Solid brand management experience in both planning and execution (hands on). - Proven strategic, analytical and creative abilities, especially excellent with digital campaign & conversion. - Demonstrates proactivity and initiative with a good sense of ownership of projects. - Thrives in a team environment but is also self-motivated – demonstrates tenacity, resilience, strives to deliver results. - Open-minded and passionate; strong interpersonal and influencing skills, can be a good bridge in the communication. - Excellent communication and presentation skills; confidence to present formally to internal and external audiences with ability to bring audience with you. - Learning agility in a fast-moving environment - Fluent in Written and Spoken English
